The best bet for you - the site offers on-line exercises in accordance to the Themen Neu teaching and Themen aktuell teaching books. The exercises are very straight -forward and give you an opportunity to revise or expand on things you've learnt in class within the framework of our module system.

This site offers a search engine ("Stichwortsuche"): Click on "Online- Übungen" and you'll get to the search engine. Now you simply type in a subject you're looking for
(in German! - e.g. Modalverben) and links to different on-line exercises appear.

·This site is only useful for intermediate/advanced students. To access on-line exercises click on "Deutsch Lernen", select "Grammatik" from the drop-down menu & scroll down to table of specific grammar in red font (e.g. Passiv, Modalverben, click on "Übungssätze" to do interactive exercises).

Good site for upper intermediate & advances students. There are a variety of on-line exercises and discussions of idioms.

A very good site to practice German across learning levels and types. There are a variety of exercises: grammar, picture clues, you can even watch clips of "Lola rennt" & "Harry Potter" in German and practice some grammar -(always click on full listing to see all options!)
